| If you have specific
needs please purchase your tickets from MajesTix, 617/824-8000.
The Majestic is a beautiful
1903 landmark, preserved very much as it was when it was built. It
has no elevators to the mezzanine or balcony. If members of your
party use wheelchairs, walkers, or have medical conditions which make it
hard to climb several flights of stairs, explain your needs to the Cutler
Majestic Theatre customer service associate at the lolbby box office or
MajesTix,
617/824-8000, before you purchase your tickets.
If you purchase your tickets
somewhere other than the Majestic box office and do not request accomodation,
we cannot guarantee that we can relocate you on the day of the performance.
The ticket you purchase promises that you may sit only in the seat specified
on the ticket. Please don't be shy. Tell us about your specific
needs before you buy so that we may do our best to look after your comfort.
We want you to have a great time at the theater!
The Cutler Majestic Theatre
takes pride from its ability to serve all people, barrier free, from cradle
to grave. We are listed in Access Expressed!Massachusetts: A Cultural
Resources Directory. The Majestic is fully accessible to persons
using wheel chairs. Signage, washrooms, entry ways, and seating conform
to or exceed ADA standards. Tickets can be bought using a TTY device, at
1-888-889-8587. Assistive headsets are available for no cost at every performance.
We welcome employees regardless of special needs. FMI: Lance Olson, 617/824-8183. |
