Lance Olson is Theatre Manager for Emerson College, one of the largest real estate owner-operators in Boston's historic downtown Theatre District. Since 1993 on his watch Emerson College has, with its flagship Cutler Majestic Theatre, served over 1 million people with nearly 2,000 performances generating $30 million of ticket sales revenues for the not-for-profit performing arts community; in its "Majestic Masters" and "Pulse" presentations Emerson College has brought 20 productions to Boston. Meanwhile, Emerson restored the 1903 Majestic while simultaneously upgrading to 21st century technical capabilities including fully integrated media production.
Olson has been a presenter and theatre manager for 30 years. He presented performances at Rutgers University New Brunswick campus, Kean College in Union, NJ, SUNY Brockport, and Newark (NJ) Symphony Hall. He is Treasurer of the League of Historic American Theatres, Treasurer of the newly incorporated non-profit Friends of the Boston Historic Theatre District, and has been President of Massachusetts Advocates for the Arts, Sciences and Humanities, President of Improvisational Arts Ensembles, Inc., trustee of DanceMakers, Inc., and a member of the education committee of New Jersey Performing Arts Center. He has an MFA degree in Theatre Management from Brooklyn College and a BA from University of Minnesota, with extensive studies in performing arts and media law, business, presenting, design and technical theatre.

Christina Harrington (Assistant Theatre Manager) Christina joined the Cutler Majestic Theatre in 2003. Prior to working at Emerson College, she served as Box Office Manager and Assistant Coordinator of Performing Arts Programming at Elmira College. Her customer service values stem from training at both The Disney Store and Pier One Imports, as well as in the food service industry. She also has experience in stage management, house management, and costuming. Past accomplishments include an honorary induction into Emerson's Kappa Gamma Chi professional sorority, a position on the Planned Parenthood of the Southern Tier Board of Directors, and receipt of the Elmira College Board of Trustees Prize. Christina is currently a member of INTIX, the International Ticketing Association, and a Partner member of HRC, the Human Rights Campaign. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Adult Education from Elmira College.

Annie Gibbons (Ticketing Manager) With over 10 years of ticketing and front of house experience, Annie has been with the Cutler Majestic Theatre at Emerson College since 2004. He was educated at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. He is pleased to be working in such a beautiful theatre as the Majestic.

Rick Brenner (Assistant Technical Director, Audio) Rick has enjoyed live theater as a performer, technician and audience member for as long he can remember. An Emerson alum ('99), Rick holds a B.F.A. in Lighting Design and a M.F.A. in Technical Production, with an emphasis in sound, from Boston University ('02). In his free time, Rick works as a freelance theatrical sound designer and enjoys playing bass guitar in a local rock band.

Weston Keifer (Assistant Technical Director, Safety) Weston is an Emerson alum who graduated with a B.F.A. in Theatre Design & Technology. While at Emerson, he received an EVVY award for his work in the Performing Arts department. He moved to Las Vegas after graduation where he was the Technical Director for the production of Shag with a Twist. After returning to Boston, Weston worked as the Assistant Technical Director for Opera Boston and freelanced for many of the Boston area theatre companies. A year later, Weston became one of the Majestic's Assistant Technical Directors where he oversees many aspects of the performances including Rigging, carpentry, lighting, and safety. Weston is proud to work in one of the most beautiful theatres in Boston and is glad to maintain his connection with Emerson College, which gives him a chance to mentor student technicians. One day he hopes to pass on his skills by teaching technical theatre.
