yoga master Sri BKS Iyengar is often cited as the most influential
proponent of modern-day yoga.
Fifty years ago, Iyengar
authored Light On Yoga. It has been widely published in many

Now he is coming to Boston as part of a five-city American tour to introduce
his seventh book, Light on Life.

on Life, the 86-year-old Iyengar simply and beautifully shares
the knowledge and insights gleaned from a lifetime of practice and devotion
to yoga. In the final sentence of his introduction to Light
on Life, Iyengar states, “It is my profound hope that my end can
