Tony Award-winning actress
Elaine Stritch will receive the Norton Lifetime Achievement Award
at the 23rd annual Elliot Norton Awards ceremony.
Ms. Stritch recently appeared
at Boston’s Wilbur Theatre in her Tony Award-winning production, Elaine
Stritch At Liberty. She is currently preparing a new show, which
will be presented as a cabaret offering in the Fall. She will also
appear at the Kennedy Center’s 13th Annual Gala in a tribute to the Golden
Age of the American musical theatre. Ms. Stritch won the Tony Award
for Special Theatrical Event in 2002 and an Emmy Award for individual performance
in “Elaine Stritch: At Liberty” on HBO.
