You’ll thrill to the glass slipper and the clock striking midnight, but the characters in this edition of the classic Cinderella story are fully developed and humanized.  Cinderella's sweet, loving, helpless father Pandolfe is perhaps the most beautifully and fully realized apart from Cinderella herself, called Lucette in this opera.  This is the spring opera production of New England Conservatory’s Opera season.
